No additional mandatory fees, all bills are included.

Booking deposit and payments

Booking deposit required at time of booking at 25% of total rental cost. Remaining payment required one month before the start of your holiday.

Refundable Damage Deposit £250

A £250 security deposit against any loss or damage will be required with your final payment. This will be refunded within one week of your departure.  We retain the right to take all or part of this deposit if items are broken or the house is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

Changeover Day
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday unless other arrangements have been made. (Other days may be possible out of season). The house will be available from 4pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure to allow us to prepare for our next guests.
Although we have house keeper to clear the house and get it ready for our guests we do ask that the house is left in a clean and tidy condition.
