Making a booking

When you make a booking, through our website, on the phone or in person we will ask you to provide personal information about yourself. This could include your name, address, email address and other contact details. The information and the information about your booking(s) is used to arrange your holiday accommodation and any other services you are requesting.

Filling out forms

We may collect information you provide when you fill out forms on our website, such as signing up to our newsletter and filling in our contact form.

We may ask you to fill out a testimonial form at the end of your stay and may share your review with external websites to display on their site.

• Your booking information is held securely on our booking system.

• Personal information you provide to us will not be shared with third parties. We use the information to provide information to you under our booking agreement terms and to provide you with the best possible service.

• Limited information (your name and number of guests) will be shared with our housekeeper involved in a booking, where necessary.

• If you have consented to receive email marketing communications from us we will periodically send you emails which can include offers and the occasional newsletter.

• Any review you leave us may be shared and displayed on other websites that we subscribe to and advertise with.

• We may also send you postal correspondence, such as Christmas cards or ferry booking offer cards from third parties

• You are welcome to unsubscribe from our email at any time.

Payment details

• Your bank details, (non sensitive information) account number and sort code are stored securely and are only shared and stored with Co op bank to make transactions to your account at the end of your stay.

• You have the right to have all your information deleted from our systems.

• You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.

• You have the right to change any incorrect information we hold about you.
